Riding Lessons

Our professional, affordably priced, private instruction program provides our students the personal attention we believe they deserve.  Each student moves forward based solely on their ability, nothing is rushed and no time wasted. Our instructors are knowledgeable, patient and offer an abundance of encouraging words while challenging each individual to become their personal best.

Instruction is available for both youth and adults ranging from beginners to the advanced enthusiast in hunter jumper, equitation and western disciplines. We have a wide variety of lesson horses to accommodate each student’s experience level. Our instructors will match the appropriate horse to the appropriate rider after an initial assessment and then will graduate each student as their skills progress.

Our programs are designed to nurture the human horse connection in a safe, responsible and enjoyable manner. Each student engaged in our youth program is required to learn responsible horsemanship; classes include grooming, tacking, equine health, and equipment care in addition to the principles of riding. A horse is as much of a responsibility as it is a teammate, pet, friend or playmate; we firmly believe our young people should come to understand this simple truth.

We are a family owned operation.  We recognize the demands of today’s world and are willing to work with individuals regarding their schedule. There are no mandatory requirements regarding the frequency of lessons; however, we do encourage regular attendance as consistency is an asset.  “Practice makes perfect.”
